Hotel Schoenruh - Gerlos

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and made me feel very welcome. The facilities were excellent, including a fantastic swimming pool and a variety of saunas and steam rooms. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and convenient transportation options. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great. And the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel has a wonderful spa area and the pool was very nice. We enjoyed the meal options, including a different theme every night. the location was great for exploring the area.

We stayed for a romantic escape and were disappointed in the outdated decor and lack of attention to detail in the room. the bed was uncomfortable and the linens scratchy.

The staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome. The facilities were top-notch, with fantastic saunas, steam rooms, and a swimming pool. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a feast every night and different themes that added to the entertainment. The breakfast buffet was massive and we were spoiled for choice. We also loved the spacious apartment where we stayed, and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool and games room were a hit with the kids, especially the table football and Xbox.

The only thing we weren't crazy about was the slightly overdone decor, it was a bit too glitzy for our taste. However, overall the atmosphere of the place was pleasant, warm, and friendly.
